Meet the Team
Lisa, Lead Sitter
I was born and raised in a suburb of Detroit. I have had the privilege of owning and caring for many pets over the years. Cats, dogs, birds, mice, turtles, bunnies frogs, fish, gerbils, and hamsters. I have a keen understanding of an animal’s needs. They cannot speak, so it is up to us to be their voice and treat them with kindness and understanding. My dogs are my family so I understand what your pet means to you and I will treat them as if they are my own.
Barb
I’ve been with Fetch for 4 years. I’ve always loved animals and thru Fetch I’ve been able to enjoy the company of many- not only dogs and cats- but rabbits and Guinea Pigs as well. I’m available for morning or evening walks/care & overnights. I’ve lived in Royal Oak for over 50 years; working on 47 years of marriage & raised 3 sons in this community. I’m reliable, dependable and I’ll take excellent care of your fur babies!
Sara
Sara has many years of experience working, caring, and protecting animals, including caring for her own 2 dogs & 3 cats (all were either a stray or from a shelter), and helping others care for their pets. In addition, she is a volunteer at the Michigan Humane Society. She also works at an Art & Design College where she also studies photography, and most importantly assists with the school’s therapy dog Smokey.
Lavina
Hello everyone, my name is Lavina Simpson and I have been a part of the Fetch! Pet Care Royal Oak/Birmingham team since 2019 but I have been in the pet care industry since 2015! I stumbled across this occupation as a high school student looking to make extra money as I couldn’t really work a real job at the age of 14 years old… Fast forward, I continued my pet care journey through college and became an entrepreneur. I truly love what I do and I think it’s actually therapeutic for me being around all of the fur babies! I just love how excited and happy they are to see me come through the door haha!
